We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. Fan-made and personalised items are final sale. Please contact us with your order number to initiate a return.
We carry both! Official artist merchandise is clearly labelled with the artist or group name. Fan-made items are also clearly tagged as “Fan-made” in the product description so you always know exactly what you’re buying.
